SAIFUL AMRI
KITA MEREKA is led by Saiful Amri, who is a visionary creative leader and award-winning multi-hyphenate with over two decades of excellence in Singapore’s cultural landscape. As the driving force behind his boutique agency, Saiful leverages a rare dual perspective: the nuanced eye of an acclaimed artist and the strategic rigor of a veteran arts administrator.
His professional pedigree is anchored by the years at the National Arts Council (2008–2015), where he earned the prestigious Public Service 21 Star Service Award for excellence in public service. This high-level administrative expertise is seamlessly integrated with his extensive portfolio as a creative producer, director, and writer for mentionable projects with organisations like Ministry of Education, People’s Association, National Arts Council, National Heritage Board and more.
A specialist in Malay arts and heritage, Saiful has been recognized with an Honorary Mention at the Golden Point Award (2023) and recognitions at The Straits Times Life! Theatre Awards with a win and several nominations. He frequently serves as a panellist to assess acts for endorsement in the Singapore’s Busking Scheme and as an adjudicator for Singapore Youth Festival (Drama Presentation).
And with KITA MEREKA, Saiful offers unparalleled expertise in navigating the intersection of community engagement, artistic integrity, and institutional excellence. He is the definitive partner for brands seeking authentic, high-impact cultural storytelling.
